Managing Director, eatbigfish
In a world of ever-increasing constraint, a problem-solver outlook can be the difference between being a victim of circumstance or meeting the moment to create something even better. Research from across sectors and around the world has identified practical examples where the combination of stretch ambition and significant constraint has resulted in practical and inventive solutions to resource scarcity. In this keynote, we’ll explore a surprisingly simple roadmap that consistently delivers the mindset, method and motivation for developing solutions to what at first seem unsolvable challenges.
Based in Toronto but so often in the U.S. she’s on a first-name basis with customs, Anne Marie helps lead eatbigfish’s work with clients on both sides of the border. She is also Head of People & Culture at eatbigfish.
Anne Marie started her career client-side, marketing some of the world’s most beloved brands, from toothpaste to cereal to beer. That experience taught her what it feels like to make moves that change the game, and how to help teams navigate both the thrill and the pressure that come with them. Since then, she’s challenged the status quo to create new opportunities in categories as diverse as beverages to banking, and hospitality to health care.
Anne Marie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Wilfrid Laurier University.
